This is a two-component mixture rather than a single compound: CJC-1295 without DAC, a GHRH analogue whose literature concerns a short half-life of around thirty minutes and pulsatile growth-hormone release as a research question, supplied in one vial with Ipamorelin, a selective agonist at the ghrelin receptor whose literature measured GH release and tracked cortisol and prolactin. Each has been studied separately. No published work examines the combination, and the certificate of analysis for the lot reports the fill measured for both.

CJC-1295 (no DAC)
GHRH analogue
A tetrasubstituted analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, without the Drug Affinity Complex that extends the DAC form. The literature on the no-DAC analogue is about a short half-life of around thirty minutes, and about pulsatile growth-hormone release as the research question that short half-life poses.
Ipamorelin
Ghrelin receptor agonist
A selective agonist at the growth-hormone secretagogue receptor. Animal work and early-phase human studies measured pulsatile GH release and tracked cortisol and prolactin specifically to show they were unmoved — the earlier secretagogues had shifted both.

Body composition, recovery and ageing sit in the growth-hormone literature, not in the papers on this pentapeptide or this analogue. The work on each component stops at whether GH was released, and by which pattern.
Where the evidence stands
The analogue is preclinical. Ipamorelin reached early clinical work before development stopped. No approved indication was established for either, and none at all for the combination.
