Couriered to your door the same evening rather than entering the postal network. If your address falls outside the GTA it ships free by Canada Post instead, and you lose nothing.

Express shipping

Tracked express parcel, one to two working days to most of Canada and a little longer to remote areas, free whatever the order weighs. Lyophilised material is stable in transit at ambient temperature and should go back to cold storage on arrival.

An order paid by card is dispatched once the payment is confirmed. An order paid by Interac e-Transfer is dispatched once the transfer has been matched to it, which we do by hand, usually the same working day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, leave the next working day.

Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.

Canadian addresses only, in every province and territory. Remote areas can take a little longer than the one to two working days most of Canada sees. We do not ship outside Canada.

Lyophilised material travels at ambient temperature in sealed vials, packed to protect the glass. Each product page states the storage temperature its material should be kept at once it arrives.
