Terms of sale.

You must be 18 or older and ordering for delivery to an address in Canada. By ordering you confirm both, and that the information you give us is accurate.

Everything we sell is supplied as a laboratory research chemical. It is not a drug, food or cosmetic, it is not approved by Health Canada or any other regulator to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not for human or veterinary use. By ordering you confirm you are acquiring it for lawful laboratory research and will not administer it to a person or an animal.

We do not give advice on using any product, and nothing on this site — including the research summaries and articles — is medical advice. See the Disclaimer.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we have reason to think the terms above are not being met — and if we do, anything you paid is refunded in full.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. HST 13% is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer or by card; see Payment methods. Discount codes apply as stated where they are offered, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery is covered in Shipping, and what we replace or refund in Returns. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

We publish a certificate of analysis for each lot we hold. Product pages give identifying information — CAS number, formula, molecular weight, storage — for the material as supplied; if anything on a page and the certificate for your lot disagree, the certificate governs, and we want to hear about it.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of a product contrary to these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown here when the order was placed; the date above says when it last changed.
