Conditions of supply.

- Research use only
- All material is supplied strictly as a laboratory research chemical for in-vitro investigation. It is not a drug, food, cosmetic or medical device, is not for human or veterinary use, and is not approved by any regulatory authority for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation or prevention of disease.
- Eligibility
- By placing an order the purchaser confirms they are a qualified laboratory, institution or researcher, that the material will be handled by trained personnel, and that they are responsible for compliance with all applicable law in their jurisdiction.
- No application guidance
- NovaEvum does not supply preparation, handling-for-use or application information of any kind, and will not answer requests for it. Analytical documentation describes the material as supplied, not its use.
- Documentation
- Each shipment carries the certificate of analysis for the specific lot supplied. Figures on the certificate describe that lot only and are not warranted for any other lot.
- Returns
- Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once a seal is broken the material cannot be returned, because its storage history can no longer be verified.
- Limitation
- Material is supplied without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. The purchaser is responsible for determining suitability for their intended investigation.
