Growth hormone research peptides
Growth-hormone secretagogues and releasing-hormone analogues for laboratory research, supplied in Canada as lyophilised material: tesamorelin, ipamorelin, the CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend and kisspeptin-10.
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone and one of the few compounds here with a completed phase 3 programme. Its pivotal trials enrolled people with HIV-associated lipodystrophy and measured visceral adipose tissue by CT. It is approved elsewhere as the prescription medicine Egrifta; this is research material, not that product.
Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist whose literature is about that selectivity: early studies measured growth hormone release alongside cortisol and prolactin. It reached trials in postoperative ileus before development stopped, and it is prohibited in sport by WADA. The CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin blend pairs it with a short-acting GHRH analogue; each component is studied separately and no study has examined the mixture.
Kisspeptin-10 sits here as a hypothalamic signalling peptide. It is investigated in reproductive endocrinology as a signal upstream of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, in small human studies and a larger animal literature, and it is not approved anywhere.
Every lot has a published certificate of analysis.
Supplied for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use. Certificates for every lot are on testing results.
