Wolverine Stack
BPC-157 + TB-500 blend · BPC+TB
Each vial contains 5 mg of BPC-157 and 5 mg of TB-500.
The Wolverine Stack is a two-component mixture rather than a single compound: BPC-157 and TB-500, supplied together in one vial. Both components have been studied separately, and both only in animals. No published work examines the combination itself.

How it works
Two peptides in one vial, each with its own separate literature. No published work examines the combination, so what follows is what has been studied about each on its own — a finding for one is not a finding for the pair.
BPC-157
Fifteen-amino-acid sequence
Examined almost entirely in rodent models — tendon, ligament, muscle and gastrointestinal injury models — alongside work on nitric oxide signalling and on growth factors. Much of that literature comes from a small number of research groups.
TB-500
Fragment of thymosin beta-4
Examined in animals for actin sequestration and cell migration, in wound and cardiac injury models. The full thymosin beta-4 protein is a different molecule with its own human trials, and that data is not this fragment’s.
Where the evidence stands
Both components are preclinical. No controlled human trials have been published for either, and none at all for the combination. Neither the mixture nor either component of it is approved as a medicine anywhere.
